We already have contact with the guests from the moment of booking. We welcome the guests personally, give them the key and tell them about the house, house rules and the surrounding area.
Guests can reach us 24 hours a day. For example when they have lost the key, or when the Wi-Fi connection has been lost or if there is no hot water. We will resolve this immediately.
After each check out we clean the house and replace the bedding. We collect any mail for you.
We provide linen and towels for your guests.
When maintenance or repair has to take place, we have a network of professional craftsmen on stand-by.
We ensure that there is always a welcome folder ready for the guests.
We will replenish requirements for bathroom, toilet and kitchen when necessary.
For all of our services we ask a commission of 20% (excluding VAT) of the rental turnover. This means that if you do not earn anything, we also do not earn anything.
